Your tasks

Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
Pflege und Verwaltung von Patientendaten
Kommunikation mit zuweisenden Ärzten und internen Fachbereichen
Organisation reibungsloser Abläufe im Klinikalltag
Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten
Terminvergabe und Koordination von Untersuchungen (z. B. MRT, CT, Röntgen)

Your qualifications

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen wünschenswert, z. B. als Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d), Kaufmann/-frau im Gesundheitswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Freundliches, empathisches Auftreten im Umgang mit Patienten
Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
