full time, part time, mindestens 28,875 Std. hours per week, auf 2 Jahre

Die Klinik für Urologie verfügt über insgesamt 44 Betten. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt in der Tumorchirurgie (inkl. DaVinci Chirurgie). Darüber hinaus werden die Bereiche Endourologie, Prothetik und rekonstruktive Urologie, Urogynäkologie und Urolithiasis wie auch die gesamt urologische Tumortherapie abgedeckt.

Your tasks

• fachliche Verantwortung für die pflegerische Versorgung und Qualitätssicherung
• Anleitung und Weiterbildung des Teams der Patientenversorgung
• fachliche Verantwortung für hygienische Anforderungen und Anforderungen des Medizinproduktegesetzes
• Förderung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
• Personalmanagement eines pflegerischen Teams
• Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitsorganisation
• pflegerischen Betreuung von Patient*innen im Dreischichtsystem

Your qualifications

• Qualifikation als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in (w/m/d) / Pflegefachperson
• Pflegestudium oder die Bereitschaft ein entsprechendes Studium zu absolvieren
• Idealerweise Fachkompetenz und Berufserfahrung in der Versorgung urologischer Patient*innen
• idealerweise Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Pflegeteams
• Motivation und Interesse an engagierter Mitarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team
