Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in (w/m/d) für die chirurgische Notaufnahme und Poliklinik

full time, part time, mind. 19,25 hours per week,

Die chirurgische Notaufnahme ist ein Teilbereich der Zentralen Notaufnahme. Es werden Patient*innen aus verschiedenen chirurgischen Fachdisziplinen versorgt, herauszuheben ist hierbei die Schockraumversorgung von polytraumatisierten Patient*innen. Als weiterer Bereich wird von dem Pflegeteam die chirurgische Poliklinik besetzt.
Nach dem Umzug in den Neubau gilt es die Notfallpatient*innen aller Fachbereiche in der Zentralen Notaufnahme und auf der Aufnahmestation zu versorgen.

Your tasks

pflegerische Notfallversorgung (einschließlich Schockraumversorgung) und Betreuung der Patient*innen im Dreischichtsystem
Dokumentation und allgemeine organisatorische Aufgaben
Beratung und Fürsorge der Patient*innen und deren Angehörigen

Your qualifications

Qualifikation als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger*in (w/m/d)
idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich der chirurgischen Versorgung
interkulturelle Kommunikationskompetenz
hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Motivation und Interesse an engagierter Mitarbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team
